The AI smile preview
- The preview is a free, illustrative visualization generated by software from the photo you upload.
- It is non-diagnostic, is not a treatment plan, is not medical or dental advice, and is not a guarantee of any treatment result.
- Actual treatment options and outcomes can only be determined through an in-person clinical evaluation with Dr. Gore.
Eligibility and your submission
- You must be 18 years or older to use the preview and submit the form.
- You may only upload photos of yourself, using your own contact information.
- By submitting, you authorize us to use your uploaded photo to create your AI preview and to contact you about your request as described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications
If you consent on the form, our team and scheduling partners acting on our behalf may contact you by phone, text, or email to help schedule your consultation. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
No dentist-patient relationship
Using this website or the preview does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only through an in-person evaluation and mutual agreement to treatment at the practice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, upload content you do not have rights to, attempt to disrupt the service, or use the preview for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, and generated preview experience are owned by or licensed to the practice and its technology partner. You may save and share your own preview for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and preview are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the preview.
