Dr. Rod W. Gore is internationally recognized for his expertise in cosmetic smile makeovers. He is one of approximately 400 professionals worldwide to achieve elite-level certification in cosmetic dentistry, and one of just two dentists in the state of Arizona to hold the prestigious title of Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Gore has practiced cosmetic and restorative dentistry in Scottsdale since the 1990s. Some of his current patients have been with him for over thirty years.

At GOREgeous Smiles, the practice is single-location and single-standard. Every cosmetic case is planned, placed, and finished by the same hands. The work that defines the result is not subcontracted.

What the AACD Accreditation actually means.

It is the most rigorous credential in cosmetic dentistry, and it has to be earned twice. Once to gain it, then continuously to keep it.

01 / Study

Years of post-doctoral training.

Beyond dental school, AACD-Accredited dentists complete extensive continuing education in cosmetic technique, materials science, and case planning.

02 / Portfolio

A reviewed case portfolio.

Candidates submit a portfolio of completed clinical cases that are reviewed by the Academy's senior accredited members.

03 / Exam

An oral examination.

The final step is an oral exam before senior AACD members, evaluating technical knowledge and clinical judgment.

04 / Renewal

Continuous re-qualification.

Accreditation has to be maintained through ongoing education and case review. It is not a one-time achievement.

Dr. Brynn Van Dyke, DMD.

Dr. Brynn Van Dyke, DMD discovered her passion for dentistry early in life while growing up in Northern Utah. She spent nearly five years working as a dental assistant, which solidified her commitment to the profession.

Dr. Van Dyke earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
