Dental Implants.

A permanent solution for missing teeth, surgically placed in the jawbone for stability that mimics natural function. Planned with 3D cone-beam imaging, restored to match the surrounding smile exactly.

What it is

The closest thing to a natural tooth.

A dental implant is a small titanium post placed in the jawbone where a tooth's root used to be. Over a few months, the bone grows around it, locking it in place. Then a crown is attached to the post.

The result feels, functions, and looks like a natural tooth. Implants don't slip like dentures, don't damage adjacent teeth like bridges, and don't require special cleaning routines.

Dr. Gore uses cone-beam 3D imaging to map the surgical site in three dimensions before any incision. The implant is placed with surgical-guide precision, then restored with a custom crown that matches your other teeth in color and shape.

The implant process

What the next six months look like.

Implant treatment takes time, but most of it is healing, not appointments.

01 / Consult

3D cone-beam imaging.

A 3D scan shows bone density, nerve location, and the exact site. We confirm you're a candidate and plan the placement.

02 / Place

The implant goes in.

A short outpatient surgery. Most patients return to normal activity the next day. A temporary tooth covers the site during healing.

03 / Heal

Three to six months.

The bone integrates with the titanium post. This is the "do nothing" phase. No appointments, no maintenance.

04 / Restore

The crown is attached.

Once healed, a custom porcelain crown is bonded to the implant. Color-matched, shape-matched, ready to function.

Honest answers

The questions everyone asks.

How much does an implant cost?
A single implant with a crown typically runs $4,000 to $6,000 in our practice. Multiple implants and bone grafting (if needed) extend the range. We provide a written estimate before any work begins. Dental insurance often covers a portion; the membership plan includes a 20% discount on implants.
Does it hurt?
The surgery itself is done under local anesthesia and most patients report less discomfort than a tooth extraction. Sedation options are available for anxious patients. Recovery usually means mild soreness for a few days, controlled with over-the-counter pain medication.
How long does an implant last?
The titanium implant itself, properly placed and cared for, typically lasts a lifetime. The crown on top lasts 15 to 25 years, similar to other porcelain restorations. The implant has the longest documented track record of any modern dental restoration.
Am I a candidate?
Most adults with healthy gums and adequate jawbone are candidates. If bone has been lost (common after a tooth has been missing for years), a small bone graft can rebuild the site. The 3D scan during your consultation answers this definitively for your case.
