SureSmile Clear Aligners.

Nearly invisible clear aligners that gradually move your teeth into their ideal positions. Removable, comfortable, planned with 3D imaging, and printed on site.

Bright confident smile after SureSmile
What it is

Orthodontics, without the metal.

SureSmile uses a custom-made series of clear plastic trays that fit over your teeth. Each tray applies precise pressure to move teeth a fraction of a millimeter. Every two weeks you switch to the next tray in the series, and your teeth gradually shift to their final position.

Most patients wear aligners for nine to fifteen months. They are nearly invisible, removable for eating and brushing, and don't require the wires or brackets of traditional braces.

Dr. Gore uses SureSmile because it pairs with our SprintRay 3D printer. We produce treatment models and refinement aligners on site, without weeks-long shipping delays from a remote lab.

How it works

From scan to finished smile.

01 / Scan

3D digital impression.

A camera-based scan captures your teeth in three dimensions. No goopy putty trays.

02 / Plan

Treatment planned digitally.

Dr. Gore designs the tooth movements stage by stage. You see a preview of your finished smile before treatment begins.

03 / Wear

Aligners 22 hours a day.

Each tray for two weeks, then switch. Remove only for eating, drinking, and brushing.

04 / Refine

Touch-ups printed on site.

If a final refinement is needed, we print it in house. No second wait, no second referral.

Honest answers

The questions everyone asks.

SprintRay 3D printer used for aligner models
How much do SureSmile aligners cost?
Most cases run $4,000 to $7,000 depending on complexity and treatment length. Many dental insurance plans cover a portion of orthodontic treatment, and the membership plan includes a 20% discount on aligners.
How long does treatment take?
Most adult cases finish in nine to fifteen months. Simple cases (minor spacing or crowding) can finish in as little as six months. Complex cases with significant rotation or bite correction can take up to two years.
Are aligners comfortable?
Most patients report mild pressure or soreness for the first day or two of each new tray, similar to a teeth-whitening session. By the third day the aligner feels normal. Aligners are far more comfortable than traditional braces. No cuts, no wire pokes, no broken brackets.
SureSmile vs Invisalign?
They are similar systems with comparable results. SureSmile pairs better with our in-house SprintRay 3D printer, which lets us produce refinements and replacements on site rather than shipping them in. For most patients, the practical difference is treatment speed when refinements are needed.
